I just pre-purchased Memory Maker for my June Trip--I see the credit for it when I log on to my Disney Account but when I pull up the My Disney Exp. App I don't see anything referencing Memory Maker. Do I need to do anything?

Hi Jennifer! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are going to be so glad you pre-purchased Memory Maker for your trip! You will find that there are PhotoPass photographers located throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. My family comes back with 100s of photos each visit, and the best part is that we are in most of them as a whole group! Mom or dad doesn't have to be behind the camera all the time.

As long as Memory Maker is linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should be all set. Once you are enjoying your vacation and smiling for the camera, you'll begin to see your PhotoPass pictures appear in the My Disney Experience mobile app. You may see that the watermark is on the pictures at first. You just need to activate Memory Maker (which it should prompt you to do) and the watermark will be removed.

If you have any trouble at all with your photos, you can call Disney directly at (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member can assist you.

Enjoy your trip, Jennifer! Please visit us again with any other questions you may have!
