Hi Lisa!
Thanks for your question!
Theme Park tickets at
Disney World come in so many different flavors these days: There's 1 day tickets, multi-day tickets, tickets with the Park Hopper Option, Mid-Day Tickets, etc. Disney spends extraordinary efforts trying to make sure all of its wonderful guests have many options when it comes to visiting the parks. This is why
Disney World is leaps and bounds beyond any other vacation experience you can imagine! :-)
So if you pre-purchase a
theme park base
ticket, say, for 1 day, then that ticket has to be used on the day you select. However, Disney does offer what's called the
Flexible Date Ticket option for a slightly added cost. The Flexible Date Ticket Option allows you the "flexibility" to choose which date you wish to go within a calendar year.
If you want that little added bit of protection, get the Flexible Date Option with your ticket!
Have a magical time on your visit to
Disney World!
