Ahoy, Michelle! Welcome back to planDisney! It's so wonderful to see you sail our way.
I'm excited to hear that you are preparing for a Disney Cruise! I can't wait for you to step onboard and into the magic that is an adventure at sea with Captains Minnie and Mickey. It's going to be awesome! I'd love to help you know more about what to expect when it comes to your rotational dining.
You will not receive information before you embark on your Disney Cruise about your exact
dining rotation. This will be revealed to you once you step onboard the ship and open the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. I highly recommend that you download this app now if you haven't already done so. You can use the app to help you plan and prepare for your voyage while still at home, and once onboard, it will steer you to your dining, activities, and entertainment for the duration of your cruise.
While you won't know your dining rotation till you are on the ship, you are welcome to
call Disney Cruise Line and make a special request for a specific dining rotation. Requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled, but the Crew Members will do their best to accommodate you. I hope you find that information helpful as you plan ahead.
Michelle, you are going to have one amazing time onboard! If you are a fan of elegant dining, may I recommend that you make a reservation for brunch at
Palo? It's one of my favorite meals, on land or at sea. If you'd like to dine in Palo, but haven't been successful in securing a reservation, you can inquire about availability once on the ship. You'll see a time and location listed within the activity schedule on the first day of your voyage for a place to meet to make dining requests and reservations. I've usually had good luck booking a reservation then if I wanted one. I hope you can experience the same good fortune.
Please sail back to us at planDisney if you have further questions. My pals and I would love to help.
Happy Planning!
