For pre-planning, when a restaurant only says snack when you look at the menu will that for sure be one we use our snack credit for? And also, is everything at a quick-service spot available with a credit? Or will the menu show what is credit applicable?

    Hi, Chelsea!

One of my favorite things about visiting the Walt Disney World Resort is getting to sample all of the delicious food they have to offer.  It is great that you are planning ahead for dining locations that you might want to visit so that you will know what your must-have meals and snacks are when you arrive.  For me, no trip to Walt Disney World is complete without a Dole Whip (or several)!

When using your Disney Dining Plan, a quick-service entitlement includes one single-serving entree and a beverage.  Walt Disney World dining menus are always subject to change, but for the most part, all meals at quick-service dining locations will be included on the Disney Dining Plan.  If you have any questions about what qualifies as a quick-service meal entitlement, simply check with a Cast Member.

As for your dining plan snack credits, some items at snack locations can be purchased with a snack entitlement, others cannot.  If you take a look at the menu at a snack location, items that qualify as a snack entitlement on the Disney Dining Plan will be marked with a small icon.  Again, a friendly Cast Member will be happy to answer any questions you might have as to which items you can use your Disney Dining Plan entitlements to purchase.

While you are thinking ahead as to where you would like to eat during your Walt Disney World vacation, take a look at the list of the dining locations on the Walt Disney World website.  There you can see photos of restaurants, preview the menus, and see which locations accept the Disney Dining Plan.  Also, keep in mind that if you wish to dine in any of the table-service restaurants in the parks and resort hotels, reservations can be made 180 days in advance.

    See ya real soon!
