Can I prepay for a stroller at disney parks before I come for my vacation and if so how do I do that

    Hi Rick!

Welcome to planDisney!  I'm so glad that you stopped by to see us with a great question about stroller rentals.  There's nothing quite as exciting as sharing the magic of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation with little ones.  But all that fun can be exhausting, so having a stroller is an important part of our vacation plan to allow our little guy to rest when he needs it in the parks!

Rick, strollers are available to rent at the entrance of each Walt Disney World theme park and at Disney Springs.  You can choose to purchase a single-day or multi-day rental, but rentals cannot be paid for in advance of your trip.  It's important to keep in mind that strollers must be returned before exiting the location where they were rented.  However, if you are park hopping, you only need to pay one rental fee per day.  For example, if you start your day at Magic Kingdom Park and rent a stroller there, you'll need to return it before you leave the park, but you can then show your rental receipt when you arrive at your next park to pick up a new stroller.

While stroller rentals are available, we often choose to bring a personal stroller from home so we can use it at the airport, our resort, and theme parks - especially when traveling with an infant or young toddler.  If you decide to do this, I'd suggest taking a few minutes to review the Property Rules for important details, such as size restrictions, before leaving for your vacation.  We like to attach a fun luggage tag to our stroller handle so that it's easy to find in the designated stroller parking areas throughout the parks.

You may also be interested to know that Baby Care Centers are available inside each theme park.  These have proven to be really helpful stops for us over the years.  Whether I was looking for a quiet place to nurse or feed, a dedicated changing area, bottle warmers, or needed to purchase a few essential baby supplies I forgot to pack, these really are a great resource for families with little ones!  My panelist pals, Brent and Jennifer, offered a great video tour of the Baby Care Centers that gives you a better idea of everything they offer Guests.

I hope this information has been helpful, Rick, and that you have a most magical time during your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney.

    See ya real soon!
