Can you prepay for the gratuity after your cruise has been paid for in full

Hello, Amanda! Welcome to planDisney, where my pals and I are glad to see you sail our way before your upcoming Disney Cruise!

The service I experience when sailing with Disney Cruise Line is always incredible. The crew members work diligently to ensure every aspect of our family's vacation is enjoyable, and I know they will do the same for you! I'm happy to report that you can pre-pay your gratuities for your Disney Cruise up to three days before you sail, even if you have paid for your vacation in full. To do so, simply sign in to the Disney Cruise Line website, hover over the "Already Booked" tab, and click the "My Reservations" link. Look for "Pre-Paid Gratuities" and follow the directions provided. If you used a travel agent to book your reservation, please contact them for assistance to pre-pay your gratuities.

If you'll be enjoying room service while onboard (hello Mickey Bars!), it's customary to tip the crew members who deliver the food to your stateroom. You can ask to sign a slip to have the tip added to your onboard account or bring small bills for tipping. I don't often have cash on me, so if you are anything like me, here's a helpful reminder to bring some cash to tip the porters who collect luggage at the port and tour guides if you decide to book some Port Adventures.

Amanda, if you have any additional questions as you prepare to make magical memories on the high seas, please return to planDisney. We'll be here for you!

    Happy Sailing,

    Adrianna
