Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel, Niki!
Wow! Your trip is right around the corner; you must be so excited!
As you plan your visit to
Walt Disney World, it's a good idea to consider where and when you'll enjoy your meals. Planning ahead can make your days and nights go so much more smoothly, so I am glad that you asked this question.
In general at park close, Quick-Service restaurants allow guests who have entered those establishments prior to close to finish their meals at their usual pace, but would not be able to allow guests who enter after close to place an order. Similarly, at Table-Service restaurants inside a park, guests who have been seated prior to park close can continue to dine as usual. (It's really fun to exit a restaurant at that time, with park streets lit up beautifully, but practically deserted!)
Should you wish to grab a delicious meal after park close, I suggest that you head to
Disney Springs, which not only offers dozens of dining locations, but also stays open much later than the parks. Check
Disney Springs hours to see how late into the night you can enjoy a meal after your day in Magic Kingdom. If you need transportation, you can even take a one-way
bus to Disney Springs from the 4 Disney theme parks from 4:00-11:00 PM "or 2 hours after theme park close, whichever is earlier". It's a great place to cap off a perfect day!
Send more questions as you plan, Niki; we love to help!
