I am preparing for my first trip this September. I have three older boys. I see where we can use our bands to buy souvenirs at the park. Is there a way to deny my kids this ability? I would hate for them to get too excited and spend all our money LOL

Hello, Anna!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I love hearing from guests who will be visiting Walt Disney World for the very first time!  Are you thrilled? Are you ready for all the MAGIC?  Trust me, there will be lots of MAGIC around every corner that will leave you with many beautiful memories.

With three boys of my own, I completely understand your concern.  Upon check-in, you are more than welcome to let your Cast Member know which MagicBands should not be given charging privileges.  The Cast Member will be able to assist you with this matter.

Diane's Tip of the Day:  Looking for some great Disney merchandise prior to your arrival?  The Shop Disney Parks App has wonderful gift ideas.  Make sure to check it out today.  Shopping has never been this fun!
