Preparing to make ADR's in 1 week! Checked the park hours and was wondering if it is safe to assume when MK closes @ 7 if it's for MNSSHP. Also will Disney release more EMH's as it gets closer? None on 9/21 and 3 parks on 9/22??? Thanks for your help!!!

    Hi Holly,

Anticipating where I'm going to eat and making my advanced dining reservations are my favorite parts of planning a Walt Disney World vacation. I hope you are able to book every restaurant you want during your trip.

I've looked at the calendar, too, and I think you are safe to assume that Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be taking place on the nights during your visit that Magic Kingdom is set to close at 7 p.m. The official dates haven't been announced yet, but that schedule is consistent with past years.

As to the Extra Magic Hours: As you probably know, they usually are scheduled at at least one park per day, but sometimes, it varies. My best guess is that the normal Extra Magic Hours routine that week is off-kilter to work around some of the special events, such as the Halloween Party and the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.

I hope that helps. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as your visit gets closer. Enjoy!
