Hello! I have pre-pandemic SoCal resident passes that I want to link to my account. I don't have an ID number, just a confirmation number, so the "Link Tickets" option doesn't work. How can I link my passes to my account? Thank you

    Hey Howdy Hey Sabrina!

Yee-Haw! Thanks for riding over to planDisney, we’re more than happy to help.

It’s been such an exciting week for California residents. As we quickly approach the reopening of Disneyland Resort, I know it can get confusing on what exactly needs to be done, that’s where we come in! I have found this graphic that you can use to help you locate the ID number you will need to link your tickets to your Disney account. Your ID number will be in a different location, depending on your ticket format. I do hope this graphic helps you find the correct location on your ID number. After you’ve linked your tickets, you will be able to make your theme park reservations. Keep in mind, until further notice, only California residents may visit the parks

Sabrina, I hope this answers your question about properly linking your tickets to your account. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    So Long Partner!
