can i use a prepaid visa gift card to pay for my key pass ?

Hi Mariah! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

Being a Magic Key holder is so much fun! You get more access to the magic, great perks, and discounts. However, new sales of Magic Keys are currently paused. This happens from time to time, and I know many Guests are awaiting their return. At this time, only existing Magic Key holders can renew their Magic Keys, and availability may be limited or some Keys may not be available. Prices and terms are subject to change, including Blockout dates.

When Magic Keys open up again for sale, you should be able to use a credit card branded gift card to purchase your Magic Key. If you are buying online, the card will need to cover the full amount of the transaction. If you purchase in person and at the main ticket booths, however, you should be able to split the payment with another form of payment. You also won't be able to select the monthly payment option if you intend to pay with your gift card.

If you're a current Magic Key holder and it's time to renew or you would like to change your method of payment, please call the Magic Key Holders phone line to speak with a Cast Member about your options. All the rules surrounding the method of payment for new Magic Keys will also apply with a renewal. To renew using your branded gift card, it might be necessary to do so in person at the main ticket booths.

    I hope this helps!
