I have prepaid for Mickeys Backyard BBQ and the Luau. We have the dining plan with the sit down meals. My question is it looks like you can use 2 entitlements for each of these shows. Will I be able to use the entitlements and be refunded the prepaid $?

    Hi Sean!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I have run into similar situations in the past.  Recently, they charged my credit card for a dinner show and I later added the Disney Dining Plan. I called Disney Dining at 407-939-1947 and they were able to help me remove the charge from my card.

However, on a previous trip with the same issue, I was told that the charge would be removed once we used our dining credits to pay at the restaurant.  That's how it was resolved on that trip.

I suggest calling Disney Dining about your reservations to see what the current policy is.  Here is a link to the Walt Disney World Phone Directory in case you need any further information.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
