    I pre-paid for Genie Plus for each park day when I originally purchased my vacation package. However, as I look the My Disney Experience app, it is not showing up for all of the park days. How do I fix this?

    Hey Howdy Hey April and welcome to planDisney!

    Genie+ has been such an added benefit and a great way to navigate the parks. With your own personal Genie, this helps make the most of your time with shorter wait times with access to Lightning Lanes and personalized suggestions on which attractions to experience based on wait times. Preparing for your trip with Genie+ and the My Disney Experience app sometimes can be a little fickle, but let's run through ways to make sure you are all set for your vacation. 

    Once you log onto your My Disney Experience app, tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right and then tap "Tickets and Passes". There, you should see all the tickets you have linked to your account and the members they are assigned to. If you scroll down, you should also see the details of the ticket. If you tap on the "Change Ticket" link, you will select the person you clicked on and then you should see all of the specifics of the ticket and what you can or cannot change. The Disney Genie+ Service should be selected and "Added" below this heading. As long as it is you are all set. Sometimes the app is not super consistent until you are onsite and in the parks. 

    You should also be able to do this same process from your My Disney Experience account online to check your tickets. I have found this to be more consistent and reliable when I am planning my trips from home. 

    As you are starting to make your final days of preparation, I would also check out the attractions that qualify for Genie+ Lightning Lane benefits. Also, look into the ones that need an Individual Lightning Lane purchase and see if any of those are on your "Must Do List" to fully prepare for your Magical trip.
