    I preordered my Photopass/Photobook, but when I registered, it asked me for my pass number (it wasn't a required field) but I don't have one - do you get it when they mail you the card?

    Hi Erika,

    I am a big fan of Disney's PhotoPass service! This allows everyone to get in your pictures. You'll also get some amazing shots at the best photo op locations. There are times you may even find a few surprises in your photos when you view them online. One of my favorite online features is being able to add some really cool borders to my photos.

    I just preordered my Disney PhotoPass CD for my upcoming trip. They won't send you a card in the mail. You will get it when you arrive at the parks and have a PhotoPass Photographer take your first picture. The PhotoPass ID # will be located on the back of your card.  When you return from your trip, you'll log into your PhotoPass account & can enter the PhotoPass ID number.

    When you finish editing your pictures and/or upload your own photos and are ready to checkout, your PhotoPass account will note that you've preordered your CD.
