    I preorderd my photopass cd months before my trip.I registered my photopass card this past monday & just got home from my trip saturday.Im ready to order my cd & it shows in my cart that i have a credit and my balance is 0. How do I get my pics ont

    Hi Chantel - I'm sorry that you are having problems with the Disney PhotoPass.  Your best option is to call PhotoPass customer service to see if they can help you.  You can reach them at 407-560-4300.

    I hope they can help you work it out!
