    If I pre-order the Mickey Ears from Disney Florist and my room is not ready when I check-in, will the ears be available at the front desk when we check in? I would like to surprise the kids, DS(4) & DD(2). We arrive at MCO @ 9:40 am on June 23rd. Th

    Hi Savyvann - I'm sure your children will love the Mickey Ears!  With the exception of in room celebrations, the Disney Florist delivers items to the resorts, and resort staff brings them to the room.  You don't need to be in the room for the items to be delivered, but they won't deliver if you have the "do not disturb" sign on.

    The Disney Florist delivers starting at 8am, so the items may not be at the resort when you arrive.  You could always ask the cast member at the front desk if they have them.  From my understanding, each resort handles the deliveries a bit differently.
