Hi Alessandra! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy! I traveled to the Walt Disney World Resort a few times as an expectant mother and always had so much fun. One of the best things about vacationing at "The Most Magical Place on Earth" is that there is a lot for everyone to do there, even when you are expecting!
You'll find that most attractions without height requirements are suitable during pregnancy. I recommend you take a look at the list of
attractions that have an Expectant Mother Advisory to get an idea of the attractions you will want to avoid during your visit. There are also healthy advisories located at the queue entrance of attractions, and it is a good idea to consult your doctor prior to your
visit as well.
There are many opportunities to take a rest during your day in the theme parks. Between indoor shows and
entertainment, benches located around the theme parks, indoor seating areas at
Quick-Service dining locations, and the Baby Care Centers, a resting spot is never far away! I recommend you visit the
Baby Care Centers (there is one in each of the four theme parks) when you are there. These air-conditioned spaces have a rest area with a TV that is the perfect spot to re-energize for the rest of your day!
Enjoy your vacation, Alessandra! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
