Welcome to planDisney, Katie! Thanks so much for dropping by with your question.
Katie, as a mama who visited Walt Disney World while pregnant, I appreciate this question! I remember needing lots of extra breaks in the shade and of course, hydration! Now, as you're preparing to visit, please take a look at
THIS PAGE that shows a list of prohibited items. You are welcome to bring in non-alcoholic drinks and food into the park, including your electrolyte popsicle, as long as it doesn't include anything on the prohibited items list.
Katie, I hope this helps as you're thinking ahead to your next visit. Make sure to take a look at each park and consider where you might be able to take a break when needed. For example, after walking through Magic Kingdom Park in the sunshine, spending some time off your feet while enjoying
The Hall of Presidents,
Country Bear Jamboree, or
Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress might make sure to keep the Magic in your day.
If you have any additional questions, please come on back to your new pals here planDisney. Wishing you a pixie-dusted visit,
Lauren
