Hi Andrea, Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. My recommendation is for you to stay with the preferred room. If you want to use the main building with the food court and be close to a bus stop, please don’t change. Disney’s Resorts are huge and you can end up in a building with a nice garden view but too far away to use the amenities and from the lobby. You can read a great review at Touring Plans about your resort and they explain about the buildings and what to exactly ask in terms of room request. Have a magical day! Camila R.

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. My recommendation is for you to stay with the preferred room.
