Where are the preferred rooms located at Coronado Springs. I am planning a trip for early December with a 12 year old and would like to be close to the main pool and restaurants. Thanks.

    Hi Kristen,

I bet you are really looking forward to your December vacation. Coronado Springs is a wonderful resort and I think you'll really enjoy its southwestern flair!

Typically, preferred rooms are those that are close to the main buildings, pools, and/or transportation. In your case, if you would like to be close to the "Dig Site" (main pool/playground/arcade) as well as the restaurants which are in El Centro, your best bet would be requesting either Building 8A or 9B in the Cabanas area. 8A is closest to the pool and a short walk over the bridge to El Centro for dining. 9B is closest to El Centro with a short walk over the bridge to the Dig Site. 8A is closest to the Cabanas/Ranchos bus stop while 9B is closest to the main bus stop in front of El Centro.

Keep in mind that requests are not guaranteed and are based on availability. However, if you pay for a preferred room, you should get one, it just may not be in the building you requested.

Have a magical trip. It will be here before you can say "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious"!
