    I have a preferred room that is acessible and king bed and queen. Any idea what location this room may be at the Coronado?

    Hi Robin.

    Since there are no elevators in the Resort Room buildings throughout the expansive and beautiful Coronado Springs Resort, the nearly 100 accessible rooms are located throughout the property on ground level. If your reservation includes both a 'Preferred Location' and accessibility needs, you'll most likely be in Casitas or Cabanas sections of the resort.

    If you have a specific building or area that you'd like to request for your room, I'd recommend that you call in to Resort Reservations at (407) 939-7675 and speak with a Cast Member. Ask to have a 'note' put on your file and here you can indicate your additional requests, which will be granted based on availability at the time of arrival and check-in.

    With 5 Disney Transportation bus depots, you'll find that there will be one close to you no matter where you stay! If you prefer to be closest to the main lobby, dining and shopping locations, request Bldg 1 in the Casitas section. To be closest to the feature pool area with a bus stop close by, consider requesting Bldg 8a in the Cabanas section.
