Hello! We would prefer to pass on Mousekeeping during our stay at Yacht Club. How do we go about stocking up on towels and toiletries for the week so we don’t run out? Is there somewhere to take our trash when we have a full bag? Thanks!

Hi there, Melanie! Welcome back to planDisney! I’m sure you’re so excited about your stay at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort next month. While staying within walking distance of both Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’ll be in the heart of it all! While on vacation, you are welcome to decline Mousekeeping services in your room. To receive towels and toiletries, and have your waste collected, simply notify the Front Desk of your preferences upon arrival. They will be able to drop off extra supplies and linens and let you know the policy regarding how to dispose of waste. This can surely be accomplished in a low-contact manner if that is your preference!

Melanie, as I am sure you are aware, there are changes in the amenities and policies in place in and around the Disney Parks during this unprecedented time. Within the Disney Resort Hotels, you will surely be glad to hear about the latest cleaning and sanitizing protocols in place, especially for high-touch and high-traffic areas. In fact, the Know Before You Go pages will outline all the available experiences and amenities on property, from those at each Theme Park to each Resort Hotel! While things may look a bit different during your next visit, the magic you know and love is there waiting for you, and there are new memories to be made to cherish forever.

I wish you an incredible vacation, and please come see us again soon next time we can help with your magical plans!

    See ya real soon!
