With the precautions being taken for COVID, may we still have luggage sent from one Disney Villa to another Disney Villa? Additionally, may we still have packages and deliveries via sent to our hotel via Amazon? Thanks!

    Hey April!

    Welcome to planDisney!

It sounds like you're getting ready for a split stay at the Walt Disney World Resort! For my family, there’s no other way than a split stay between two different resorts. We usually will book two resorts with completely different theming like Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas. It makes it feel like two vacations in one! Another way we like to book is booking two areas for better access to the parks. We’ll book a few nights in a Magic Kingdom area hotel and then another few nights in an EPCOT area hotel. We’ll then plan our park days accordingly.

You’ll be happy to hear that luggage transfers between your resorts is still in full force! You can either bring them down to bell services when your ready to check out of your first resort or schedule a pick up time. We usually plan a park day or Disney Springs on check out day.

You're going to be even more happy to hear that grocery deliveries and package deliveries are still OK too! Just as before, there is a small fee for each package delivered to your resort. There is no charge for grocery deliveries to your resort and you can pick them up at Bell Services. If you want them taken up to your room, there is a small fee for that. If you're ordering alcohol, someone 21 and over will need to be present at the time of delivery.

Well April, I hope this information finds you well and if you think of anything else please come back and let us know!

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
