Hi Sara,
You have a great question, one that has come up in my own life as well. As a Mom of 2 girls and 2 boys I also like to ensure both genders have an opportunity to "feel special" on vacation. As a result I have found a couple of experiences which my boys have adored as much as my girls have loved their makeovers at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.
My first suggestion is to schedule an appointment for your boys at
The Pirates League in Magic Kingdom. If your daughter has her Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique appointment at the Magic Kingdom location you could even schedule your sons' at the same time as your daughter's appointment. However since a parent must accompany the children you and your spouse would need to "divide and conquer", but reuniting could be part of the fun when your children meet again and see each other's transformations. Just so you know, if your boys aren't into having their faces painted they can still be part of The Pirates League since the heart of it is about the "experience" of becoming a Pirate.
Another idea is to enlist your boys in
Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple (formerly known as Jedi Training Academy). This experience does not have a fee but you cannot pre-book it either. In order to sign up for Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple you will need to be at Disney's Hollywood Studios when the gates open and head straight to the sign-up area as it is a first come, first sabered experience. My own boys have participated in the Jedi Training Academy on several occasions and vote this experience as their favorite overall.
Blessings,
