Hi there, Jill!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! This is a great question, and I'm so happy to assist you with your FastPass+ planning.
My family loves the added flexibility the Park Hopper Option gives us when visiting Walt Disney World Resort. You'll be happy to know you can definitely book your FastPass+ selections for
Epcot even if you visit
Disney's Hollywood Studios earlier that same day. Your FastPass+ experiences do not have to be booked for the first park you visit each day. When "park hopping," I almost always book my FastPass+ selections for the park we will visit in the afternoon. I find this strategy works well for my family because we arrive to the first park in the early morning in order to experience many of the most popular attractions before the park becomes crowded; whereas, we find utilizing
FastPass+ service is usually needed in the afternoon.
When visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios, be sure to visit
Toy Story Land so you can Play Big in Andy's Backyard. Slinky Dog Dash has quickly become my new favorite attraction and is "not to be missed" in my opinion. When traveling between Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot, I highly recommend the
"Friendship boat" for a relaxing ride on Crescent Lake.
I hope this information has been helpful to you, Jill. If you have any new questions, please stop by again. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical trip!
Happy Planning,
Jodie
