Hiya Daniel!
Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us this magical question. Oh my goodness, Daniel, your magical holiday is coming so soon! How excited are you? I know I would be absolutely thrilled, especially since you have picked such a magical time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort.
One of my favourite things about the Disney Parks is that everyone can enjoy the Disney magic regardless of their origins or needs. The
Disability Access Service (also known as DAS) is only one of the many
services available so that Guests with disabilities can experience the magic without compromising on their wellbeing. There are two ways to book
DAS Advance Selections: online (though this option is currently only available to US residents) or in person with a Guest Relations Cast Member. In your case, you could either book these selections online upon landing in Florida or simply book them with a Cast Member on your first park visit. Just keep in mind that Advance Selections can be made up to two days prior, so you will not be able to make these selections 24 hours in advance.
Another great way to go on your favourite attractions with limited wait times is to attend one of
Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party! Indeed, since these events have limited capacity and so many unique offerings, the wait times for your favourite attractions are typically much lower than during regular park hours. Plus, you get to enjoy a special themed parade, fireworks, entertainment and even experience some of your favourite attractions with a spooky overlay. Do I even need to mention that you can dress up and trick-or-treat around the Magic Kingdom Park? This experience is truly unique and adds so much to your vacation, so I highly recommend adding it to your itinerary!
I hope this was helpful, Daniel, and that you will have the best day ever on your upcoming Disney vacation. If you have any other questions in the time leading up to your holiday, please don't hesitate to reach back out. We are always happy to help, and you're as welcome as can be!
Have a magical day,
Ariane
