I am pleased to hear that you will be utilizing
Disney's Disability Access Service (DAS) for your upcoming visit to
Disneyland Resort as it is one of many thoughtful considerations to afford all Guests as inclusive and as enjoyable a visit as possible as part of the many
Special Services for Guests with Disabilities.
Rosemary, my experience as the primary caregiver for my Registered DAS special needs son, during our latest visit, was that the DAS accommodation was available for use on the
Disneyland Mobile App upon our entry into the theme park. I was able to access the DAS accommodation once I opened the app, here is how.
How to Access the DAS from the Disneyland Mobile App upon entry into a Disneyland Resort theme park once registered:
1. Open the
Disneyland Mobile App and sign in, please.
2. On the
Welcome screen tap the
More option on the bottom right.
3. Select the
Disability Access Service (DAS) button which will present you with the self-selection attraction flow list.
4. You can also select the
DAS tool from the attraction detail screens.
Of note:The registered DAS Guest or anyone on their DAS Guestlist may self-select a DAS Return Time from the Disneyland Mobile App or in-person from an attraction entrance or nearby Guest Experience Kiosk.
The registered DAS Guest must be present to redeem the DAS Return Time at an attraction.
Tips:The DAS accommodation may be used in alliance with the
Disney Genie+ service for greater theme park touring efficiency using the Disneyland Mobile App.
Please ensure you have made your
Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations using valid theme park admission for all in your travel party and for those on your DAS Guestlist.
Update the
Payment Method on the Disneyland Mobile App to facilitate app transactions for vacation essentials such as
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, adding the
Disney Genie+ service and more! To update the
Payment Method, please open the Disneyland Mobile App and select the three stacked lines on the bottom right to head to your
Welcome page. From there please select
My Profile and from there select
Payment Method to add your information for up to six payment methods including the
Disney Gift Card.
