How do I pre register for a family member with mobility disability

    Hi there, Ryan!

I see you were planning to be at the Disneyland Resort last week, I hope you had an amazing visit! I also hope you were able to meet with Cast Members at the parks and use the Disability Access Service (DAS) successfully. Disney Parks are magical places, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy them!

For future reference, you can pre-register for DAS Advance up to 30 days before your Disneyland Resort visit, but no less than 2 days before your visit. You'll need to log in to your Disney account and have your valid theme park tickets linked for each member of your party so the Cast Members can add your DAS plans to your tickets.

Once you're logged in and have tickets linked to your account, you'll be able to have a live video chat with a Cast Member who will help you choose up to 2 experiences for each day of your visit (subject to availability). The Guest who is requesting DAS must be present for the video chat, along with a parent or guardian over the age of 18 if the guest who is requesting DAS is under 18 years old.

Once registered for DAS, you will also be able to request additional return times for other attractions while you are visiting the parks. Here's a list of what experiences may be available for you to choose from.

Don't worry if you aren't able to register before your visit! Guests are always able to stop by Guest Relations at City Hall in Disneyland Park or the Chamber of Commerce at Disney California Adventure Park to register for DAS as well.

I hope this information will help you plan your return trip to Disneyland Resort soon, Ryan!

    Keep moving forward!
    Amanda
