Hello, Sanford!Guests who are unable to endure a typical attraction queue may benefit from the Disability Access Service (DAS). Guests may register for DAS in person by visiting one of the several Guest Relations locations in the theme parks. Or Guests whose arrival date is between two and 30 days in the future may register through DAS Advance. Here are the steps for DAS Advance registration:
Tony's Tip: Make sure to have the latest version of the Disneyland app downloaded to your mobile device. After entering a theme park, Guests with DAS use the Disneyland mobile app to view, manage and redeem DAS return times for their party. Any DAS Advance attraction selections will show up under the "My Day" tab of the Disney Genie service in the Disneyland app. DAS Advance selections are separate and in addition to any new attraction return times that are booked the day of your visit. Up to one return time at a time may be booked during your visit. Open the Disability Access Service (DAS) screen of the app from the ☰ feature menu to view a list of available attractions. Thanks for coming to planDisney, Sanford.
