How to pre register for DAS

    Hello, Sanford!

Guests who are unable to endure a typical attraction queue may benefit from the Disability Access Service (DAS). Guests may register for DAS in person by visiting one of the several Guest Relations locations in the theme parks. Or Guests whose arrival date is between two and 30 days in the future may register through DAS Advance.

Here are the steps for DAS Advance registration:

    1. Purchase theme park tickets and make theme park reservations.
    2. Set aside time in your schedule to meet virtually with a Cast Member. The Guest registering for DAS must be present for the video chat portion of the registration process. Wait times for video chats can vary. Depending on the wait time on a given day, you may need to set aside a few hours. DAS Advance registration is available between 9 AM and 8 PM Pacific Time every day.
    3. When you are ready to register, visit the Disneyland Resort website and log in to the account linked to your theme park tickets. Make sure your computer or device has a webcam or other camera available that supports video chat. I used my iPad to register.
    4. Visit the DAS Registration page and click on the "Request Live Chat" button to join the queue.
    5. While you wait for your turn, stay near your computer or device to keep an eye on the chat window. When a Cast Member is available to chat with you, you will get a notification to begin the registration process.
    6. The Cast Member will request permission to video chat with the Guest registering for DAS. If that Guest is younger than 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present as well.
    7. The Cast Member will ask a few simple questions of the registering Guest or their guardian to determine eligibility for DAS.
    8. After the video chat portion of the interview is over, you will continue the registration process with the Cast Member via text-based chat.
    9. During DAS Advance registration, Guests may book bonus return times for up to two attractions per day during their upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort. Attraction availability is limited and not guaranteed. The available attractions for these bonus return times will be among the attractions that currently feature Lightning Lane.

Tony's Tip: Make sure to have the latest version of the Disneyland app downloaded to your mobile device. After entering a theme park, Guests with DAS use the Disneyland mobile app to view, manage and redeem DAS return times for their party. Any DAS Advance attraction selections will show up under the "My Day" tab of the Disney Genie service in the Disneyland app. DAS Advance selections are separate and in addition to any new attraction return times that are booked the day of your visit. Up to one return time at a time may be booked during your visit. Open the Disability Access Service (DAS) screen of the app from the ☰ feature menu to view a list of available attractions.

Thanks for coming to planDisney, Sanford. If you have any more questions about using DAS or other experiences at the Disneyland Resort, please visit us again!
