I pre purchased PPP. I am debating keeping it or switching to MM. Any suggestions? If I keep it what do I have to do once we arrive? Where do I go to activate the PPP?

    Hi Carrie!

Disney's new Memory Maker service makes it easy to instantly download and share your Walt Disney World vacation photos.  If you're like me and love having quick access to photos to post on social media sites or to email to grandparents and family, you may want to consider switching to Memory Maker.  You'll still have access to select dining and attraction photos with Memory Maker, too.  I love having the ability to download the photos I love most and storing them in a way that works for our family, whether it's in an online album, burning them to a CD, or simply storing them on our external hard drive at home.  Simply contact Disney's PhotoPass Guest Services to discuss converting your package.  They can be reached at 407-560-4300.

If you decide to keep your Disney's PhotoPass+ access, you will need to activate it at one of the PhotoPass locations. There are locations at all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks, several Deluxe Resorts (Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort) as well as the Downtown Disney Area.

Thanks so much for coming to see us with your question today, Carrie.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Have a magical New Year,
    Ashley
