We pre ordered the photopass+...now that we are home from our vacation I have misplaced our cd case...I know their was a code inside. Is this the same # on back of photopass card?

    Hi Kellie,

Thanks for coming back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another question.  I hope your family had a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, I always find it so difficult to leave.  Please don't worry, this is a problem that should be resolved pretty easily.  The number on the back of your PhotoPass+ card is different than the code found inside of your Pre-Arrival Package and you will need the code you have misplaced in order to check out from the Disney PhotoPass website.  I would recommend contacting Disney's PhotoPass Guest Services online or by phone at (407) 560-4300, and explain your situation.  If you have your confirmation number from when you purchased your PhotoPass+ that would be helpful to include when contacting guest services in order to speed along the process.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance Kellie.  I would be happy to help in any way I can.
