There is currently no option to preorder
MagicBand+ before you arrive at Disneyland Resort. I checked
shopDisney's UK site and it doesn't appear that they sell MagicBand+ either.
However, if you arrive at Disneyland Resort and want to have your MagicBand+ on your wrist and ready to go before you enter the gates, you do have options. The gift shops at the on-site
Disneyland Resort Hotels sell MagicBand+ and you'll also find a good selection in
World of Disney at Downtown Disney District. Once you're through the gates of the theme parks, you'll see them for sale in many of the shops. I always stop by the
Emporium on Main Street, U.S.A at Disneyland Park.
I saw the MagicBand+ in action on my last visit to the parks. It was especially fun when they'd interact, lighting up, with an attraction like WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure in Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure Park. I hope you pick one out you really love and it adds to your magical experience on your upcoming trip! Maybe one of the
