Can you pre book rides at the park? We did this in 2019 it was up to 3 rides I think.

Hiya, Trenesa and welcome to planDisney. I’m glad you stopped by with your question!

Trenesa, the ability to pre-select rides that you’re referring to was the Fastpass+ system which recently retired. While you aren’t able to book rides in advance of your trip like 2019, let me introduce you to the new Disney Genie (and Disney Genie+ and Lightning Lane).

The new Disney Genie system is designed to help guests maximize time in the parks and recommend attractions based on your interests and preferences. This complimentary offering is available through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. If you’d like the option to skip the standby line (similar to the old Fastpass+), (the paid upgrade) Disney Genie+ is available for $15 per person per day and allows you to select attractions one at a time beginning at 7:00 AM on the day of you visit. Trenesa, I hope this information is helpful as you're planning ahead for your December vacation. The holiday season always adds an extra sprinkling of pixie dust to an already Magical time and I hope you enjoy every moment!
