    Hi Nichole!

Thanks so much for sending your question to my personal Moms Panel mailbox.  It's very exciting to have the opportunity to answer questions for guests planning trips.

I understand your frustration about flight prices completely!  Just last month I paid more for airfare to Florida than I ever have.  You really have to watch the prices closely.

So, in your situation, you have a couple of different options:

    1.  Fly in the night before your reservation begins (arriving just after midnight on November 28th) and stay at a hotel either in or near Orlando International Airport.  This will not disrupt your current Disney resort reservation.

    2.  Pay for an extra night at your Disney resort.  This will impact the number of days on your Disney Dining Plan since the number of credits is dependent upon the number of nights you'll stay at a Disney resort.

    3. Arrive at your Disney resort without booking an extra night.  I don't recommend this option.  Although it won't impact your Disney Dining Plan or the cost of your stay at your Disney resort, you'll have nowhere to rest since your room is not guaranteed to be available until 3 pm on the 28th.  This could be a recipe for disaster.  You don't want to start your Disney vacation without adequate rest.

I suggest you price out options one and two above and then decide between them.  The other option, of course, is to simply opt for the more expensive flight.  In the long run, that might be the most cost-effective choice.

Let me know if I can help you with any of the other details of the trip.  I'd love to know which route you choose.

Best wishes for a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust!
