Hello, Richard! Welcome back to planDisney. I always get so excited to see Guests who stop back by to ask us another planning question!
I think getting acquainted with the
Disneyland app is a fabulous idea. The app really is such a great companion to the parks to really help you make the most of your day and it has so many tools that will make things so much more convenient. You mention not having a barcode, and I am assuming you mean a ticket barcode. While you may have tickets and hotel reservations linked to your Disney account, sometimes you have to go and manually link your tickets into your Disneyland app for them to show up. I'd be happy to walk you through those steps.
When you purchased your tickets you should have received a confirmation email and in that email should be a link to click to access your eTickets. There you should see ticket ID numbers or a spot to click to print your eTickets and this will populate the pages where there is a barcode and ticket ID numbers. You can use the barcodes or ticket ID numbers to link these tickets to your app. In the app, click on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen. Then select "Tickets and Passes". At the top right of this screen you will click on the "+" and from there can link your tickets.
I also suggest that you add a credit card to your profile in your app as well. This will make it easy and convenient for you to purchase Disney Genie+ if you are going to do that, as well as use my favorite feature,
mobile food and beverage ordering!
Richard, thanks again for coming back to see us! We hope your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort is full of magic!
Carrie
