Hello, Hillary! I simply adore having breakfast at the
Crystal Palace with my family! That gorgeous buffet mixed with Pooh and the gang visiting our table is a great way to start our morning.
The turnstiles typically allow guests into the park about an hour before the park officially opens, and usually not before, even for guests with breakfast reservations (it won’t be a problem with your 8:45 reservation). The
new welcome show, ‘Let the Magic Begin,’ takes place about 10 minutes before the park officially opens. In the meantime, you’ll be able to take photos, shop the emporium, or sip that must-have cup of coffee from the
Main Street Bakery. While you’re there, be sure to grab that special Starbucks You Are Here: Magic Kingdom mug and send it back to your Disney Resort via the
complimentary Package Pickup service.
If you’re awake early enough to be one of the first folks into the park, the way should be fairly clear enough to snap a few photos with scarce crowds. Don’t lose track of time, though. You’ll need to be with your party on the steps of the Crystal Palace about 10 minutes before your reservation time in order to properly check-in with the hostess stand. You won’t feel any “rumblies in your tumbly” after that awesome breakfast! ~Lindsey
