Is there any way I can post items from WDW to my home in Australia during my trip? I would prefer to do this so I don't have to pack all my purchases in my luggage. I will be staying on property at POFQ. Thank you for your help!

    Hi Lisa,

It sounds like you are planning to buy some souvenirs while visiting Walt Disney World.  Now that makes you a girl after my own heart!  I regularly buy more souvenirs than will fit in my luggage.  Fortunately, the fine folks at Walt Disney World will help you make arrangements to ship those items home. There are two ways I know of that you can do this:

    1.  Ask the Cast Member in the shop where you purchase your items to have them shipped directly to your home.  He or she will calculate the shipping costs while you fill out some paperwork regarding the shipment.

    2.  If you carry your souvenirs back to your home resort, the Cast Members at the Guest Services desk at Disney's Port Orleans Resort will help you to arrange shipping.  On occasion, I have asked the housekeeping department for boxes to ship my goods and, when they had appropriate boxes on hand, they were delighted to share them with me.

In either case, you should be able to send your new acquisitions home by mail.

Best wishes for a magical vacation!
