Is it possible Woody's Roundup maybe extended or put on as a regular activity? We arrive in Dec and my son would love this! Thanks for all your help!

    Hi Brandi!

One of my favorite parts of a Walt Disney World Resort is doing something new and special! Whether it's a fun new dessert party, a relaxing recreational activity or a tour we haven't yet enjoyed, there are so many things to do at Walt Disney World Resort for Guests of all ages.

I was so excited to hear Woody's Roundup announced as a brand-new special event. Guests will be able to enjoy a fun Toy Story-themed evening with special activities themed for the night as well as a variety of options for both big and little kids for dinner and dessert! It will be a "Rootin', Tootin' good time".

Currently, Woody's Roundup is a special celebration scheduled during the July 4th holiday weekend. We haven't gotten any information about this event extending, but there are always new and exciting celebrations and special events headed to Walt Disney World Resort. So I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as you continue planning for announcements about things you will be able to enjoy during your trip.

Since you're considering special events that your son would love, I highly recommend Pirates & Pals Fireworks Dessert Voyage! We enjoyed this fun event with my two sons last year and it was a fantastic night. We loved the yummy dessert offerings before the cruise and we were visited by some special friends throughout the evening.

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
