Is it possible to watch the Celebrate the Magic show (at 8:45) from the park, then make it to the California Grill in time to watch Wishes at 10:00? (We have early evening dinner reservations there, and are planning on returning later for the fireworks.)

    Hi Allison!

Yes, it is totally possible to watch the Celebrate the Magic Castle Show in the Magic Kingdom and then make it to the Contemporary Resort to Watch Wishes from the California Grill because the Contemporary Resort is so close to the Magic Kingdom.  After you finish watching the Celebrate the Magic Castle Show, you have two quick options of transportation to get to the Contemporary Resort from the Magic Kingdom.  The first is the Resort Monorail which is the next stop after boarding at the Magic Kingdom (a 5 minute ride once you are on the Resort Monorail when you board at the Magic Kingdom Monorail Station).  The second option is to walk from the Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary Resort ( a 5 to 10 minute walk along a nice walkway).  You should have plenty of time to get to the California Grill to see Wishes.  Remember to keep and bring your California Grill dinner receipt from earlier that evening because it will be your ticket to get back up to the California Grill to watch Wishes.

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
