    Is it possible to walk to the Transportation and Ticket Center from the Wilderness Lodge? I'd like to stay on the monorail on my next trip, but the Wilderness Lodge seems more in my price range. Thanks! My last trip was great thanks to your help!

    Hi Jessica!

          My son and I have stayed at the wonderful Wilderness Lodge Resort twice in 2010 and we both love it!  I would not recommend trying to walk from the Wilderness Lodge to the Ticket and Transportation Center because there is no sidewalks so you would end up walking alongside very busy roads.  Also it is far away (1-2 miles).  There are boats right at the Wilderness Lodge boat dock that travel directly to the Magic Kingdom.  When you arrive at the Magic Kingdom you can take the Monorail to Epcot.  Also you can get to all four theme parks and Downtown Disney from the Wilderness Lodge by riding a Disney bus as well.
