    Is it possible to WALK from POR to POFQ? We have decided to stay at POR and have heard POFQ has beignets that HAVE to be tried. Wondering how to get there. Walk down or drive? On the map they appear kind of close to each other.

    Hi Peggy!

         Yes it is possible to walk from Port Orleans Riverside to Port Orleans French Quarter.  There is a great pathway along the Sassagoula River or you can take the boat that runs between Riverside, French Quarter, and Downtown Disney.  If you choose to walk, it will take about 15 to 20 minutes depending on how fast you walk.  The boat will be faster travel time, but the boats only come approximately every 20 minutes, starting from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm daily.  If you have a car you can drive as well which may be the fastest method of travel between the two Port Orleans Resorts.
