    Is it possible to upgrade a discounted runDisney ticket to an Annual Pass at Guest Services upon arrival?

    Greetings, Timothy! 

    This is a great question! Being able to upgrade a specially priced runDisney theme park ticket will depend on what type of ticket you purchased. 

    If you purchased your tickets as part of a runDisney vacation package, you will be able to upgrade at Guest Relations once you arrive and have received your welcome package. If you purchased a specially priced theme park ticket on its own, that was not part of a package, it will not be upgradeable. 

    I would love to know what type of ticket you have, and how/when you purchased it so I can provide specific information on your ability to upgrade.
