Is it possible to upgrade a 14 Day Magic Ticket from child to adult and if so should it be done before leaving the UK or at the Parks?

Hey there Joy and welcome to planDisney!

Uh-oh, it looks like you've had a bit of a mix-up with your Theme Park Tickets. Don't worry you're definitely not the first Guest to accidentally grab the wrong ones in your excitement. If I were in your position, I know I'd want to get this all sorted out before I boarded my plane or I'd be swimming in anxiety the entire flight. To quote one of my favorite villains, Ursula, "The solution to your problem is simple." This little fix will need to happen over the phone. Call the Cast Members in Tickets to leave Neverland and get your grown-up tickets. They'll know exactly what to do and walk you through the process.

Pro-tip: After those tickets are straightened out, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. You'll need those reservations in addition to your tickets to enter the theme parks each day.

Joy, once those Theme Park Tickets are fixed, you'll be able to fly off to The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you have any other questions before then, please feel free to come back for another chat!

    Happy planning!
