Hi Erin,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting to plan a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! As a mom of twins, I understand your crib dilemma.
If you are not bringing your own portable cribs, prior to your arrival, you could request two Pack 'n Plays for your little ones. Having stayed at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, I do not believe you could comfortably fit two cribs or Pack-'n-Plays in the room. I suggest that you consider
Disney's Art of Animation Resort Family Suites.
With a suite, you will get more space. If I learned anything from having twins, it was that their stuff seemed to take over any space we encountered. Your suite will also have a kitchenette that has a microwave refrigerator and sink. The standard rooms at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort do not come with a microwave.
Perhaps most important - the suites have a separate bedroom. With 15-month old twins, I think you will love having a quiet area where they can sleep while the adults enjoy some time in another room. The one and only time I tried to sleep in a standard hotel room with our twins in two Pack 'n Plays, they were eight months old and screamed all night. Nobody got any sleep. We made an executive decision to always get a suite until they were older.
The suite also comes with a kitchen table and two bathrooms. Let me say that again - a kitchen table and two bathrooms! And, the kitchen table converts to a bed.
Erin, there are also
Deluxe Resorts and Villas that could be better for your family. We like Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.
Tell your little ones that Mickey and Minnie Mouse cannot wait to meet them!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
