    Is it possible to transfer tickets to another account, if original ticket holder can no longer make trip due to serious health issues.

    Hi Maddison and welcome to planDisney!

    Walt Disney World understands that plans can change for any reason, so in most cases, tickets can be transferred to another Guest if they are unused.  You can see if you can modify your tickets online by clicking on the "My Disney Experience" tab at the top right of the Walt Disney World website and then scrolling down until you see the section for "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets".  Click on "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" to view all of the tickets linked to yourself and any Guests linked to you.  To the right of each ticket will show a drop down box to reassign the ticket or it will say that they are nontransferable.  If they are nontransferable, you can speak to a friendly Cast Member who may be able to help you in your situation.
