Is it possible to see how many times we have used our passes?

Hi Brandon! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for stopping by with your question.

When you say "passes," I'm going to assume you mean that you are a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder. I see you're a Florida resident, which means you are Mickey's neighbor AND you have the keys to the kingdom in the form of your Florida resident Annual Pass. Please say hi to Mickey for me next time you stop by!

If you would like to see how many times you've used your Annual Pass, you have a few options for contacting a Cast Member. One is to call the V.I.PASSHOLDER support line at (407) WDW-PASS. You can also reach them via email by following the link on the Annual Passholder Program webpage

If you're not a passholder but want to see the days remaining on an existing ticket, please email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. In your email, include your full name and daytime phone number, details about who purchased the ticket, date of purchase, and form of payment.

If you're going to be at the Walt Disney World Resort, you can also ask a friendly Cast Member at Guest Relations and they will be happy to assist.

I hope this helps, Brandon. Please come back and see us if you have any further questions.

    Wishing you much magic,
    Robyn
