Hi Jill,
I'm so sorry that your Disney vacation plans do not seem to be working out. I've had to cancel different Disney vacations in the past, and I know how much of a bummer it is. Hopefully, you can find another date in the future to reschedule. The
Disneyland Resort has many new offerings that are absolutely worth visiting! The all-new
Avengers Campus is so fun and the new attraction there,
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure, is a huge hit, great for the whole family! And of course my favorite attraction of all time,
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance at
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is out of this world!
While
Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, they are valid until their stated expiration date! Which means you can hopefully visit the parks later this year! And if your tickets happen to expire, you have options! Per Disney's
eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. So don't worry, you're covered!
Last but not least, you can always change your theme park reservation dates to a different date that works better for you. To do this, you'll need to cancel your current theme park reservations by logging in to your Disneyland Resort account. Once canceled, you can book a new reservation for your desired date and theme park! You can always check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar for future availability!

See ya real soon!
