Is it possible to talk in person to a reservation agent?

Greetings, Kathy, and a warm welcome to planDisney! It’s great to see you here!

It sounds like you’re starting to plan your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort, and I couldn’t be more excited for you! I’m happy to report that yes, it is possible to talk to a Cast Member over the phone about any questions that may come up during the planning process. Here’s a helpful guide to the different phone numbers available to you, Kathy. For Disneyland Resort Hotel reservations, your best bet is to call (714) 956-6425 and a Cast Member will be happy to help you. If you’re thinking about purchasing a Vacation Package, which includes both your theme park tickets and your hotel reservation, then you can call (714) 520-5060. In addition, another easy option I love using is the “Chat with Us” feature on the Disneyland app. This is a great way to have an online conversation with a Cast Member to get your questions answered.

There are so many exciting things happening at the Disneyland Resort this year, including the return of the Main Street Electrical Parade, Fantasmic!, and World of Color! Though we don’t have exact dates yet, I’m hoping one or all of these fan favorites may be back by the time you visit, Kathy! Check out this Disney Parks Blog post for the details on these exciting announcements.

Please don’t hesitate to return to planDisney with any additional questions… we’re all EARs!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Greetings from sunny California! I live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder (and now a Magic Key Passholder) for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids ages 5-10, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Learn More About Kristin
