When you enter the
theme park reservations system, you're asked to select which assigned ticket you want to use to make your reservation, and only the days available based on your ticket type can be chosen. At this time, Cindy, ticket upgrades online and via the
Disneyland mobile app aren’t an option. I suggest that you keep checking for your desired date, as availability can fluctuate as other Guests' plans change. You can also consider
purchasing a new ticket in a different tier and save the original ticket for another visit. Even if an unused ticket expires, the amount you paid for it can be used as credit toward a valid ticket at the current price. Otherwise, I recommend that you speak with a Cast Member by calling (714) 781-4636. Explain the situation and ask if it’s possible to upgrade your ticket to a higher tier before arriving so you can secure your theme park reservations.
