I absolutely love using the new
Mobile Order system at several quick service Disney dining locations. Not only have I found it to be an efficient way to place and receive an order (especially during busy dining times), I’ve also loved the ability to customize my order through the
My Disney Experience app. I had no idea that several of the customizations that are offered were even available, which makes using the service even more fun!
Without knowing what it is you’re hoping to order, I can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to make the special request you’re looking for. That being said, you’ll usually find a way to “customize” your order by clicking on the item that you’d like to order. There will either be an option to customize that item, or you’ll see a series of tick boxes for what you do/don’t want to include, right off the bat. Don’t forget that most dining locations now offer an “allergy” menu in their Mobile Order pages, too, which will allow you to get more information about the
food items and allergens that they may contain.
